Gingerbread House Decorating, December 4th

Christmas Eve Hours of Operation The Main Clubhouse and Tennis & Swim Clubhouse will close at 3:00pm on Christmas Eve and will remain closed through Christmas Day. The Clubhouses will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, December 27th. We hope everyone has a happy holiday! New Year’s Eve & Day Hours of Operation The Grandstand Tavern will close at 3:00pm on December 31st, 2016 in order to prepare for our grand event, the New Year’s Eve Bash! The Main Clubhouse and Tennis & Swim Clubhouse will be closed New Year’s Day, January 1st, 2017. Happy New Year!

Gumdrops, peppermints, candy canes and more, a sweet celebration is in store. Decorate a house, eat a cookie or two, we have a gingerbread house just waiting for you! Join us for this holiday tradition at the Vantage Point Bar from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Price is $21.95 per house and includes a gingerbread house, candies for decorating, and cookies and punch for eating! Reservations are a must and can be made through the member portal of the website. Cancellations after December 1st will be charged. Have you made your list and checked it twice? Join us for a delicious brunch as we celebrate the arrival of Santa and the holiday season at Horseshoe Bend CC on Sunday, December 11th! Santa will be available from 10:30am-1:30pm to take pictures, so bring your Christmas lists and your cameras. Limited space is still available for the 1:00pm seating; make your reservations quickly! Price is $23.95++ for adults, $11.95++ for kids 8-12 and $8.95++ for kids 4-7. Kids under 4 eat for free! Registration for this event is available through the member portal, and reservations are required. Cancellations after December 7th will be charged. It's time to ring in the New Year at HBCC! Dress up in your sequins and enjoy the spirits as we start the evening's celebration with an open house bar and hors d'oeuvres from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Dinner starts at 8:00pm with a plated first course followed by a delicious, upscale buffet dinner with dessert bar. Dance the year away with one of the best bands in town, The Retreat! Price for this celebration is $150.00++ per couple. Beverages other than the open house bar cocktail hour and the midnight bubbly are by signature. Registration for this event is available through the member portal. Reservations are required and guests are welcome! Cancellations after December 24th will be charged. Holiday Balloon Sale, December 7th

Christmas Eve Shotgun, December 24th Whether you have family in town who enjoy golf, or you want to get out of the house during the holidays, we hope you join us for our Christmas Eve Shotgun! The shotgun start will begin at 10:00am, as we are asking for all carts to be returned by 2:30pm. Registration will be available via the link sent in the weekly E-blast. The Golf Staff wishes you and your family Happy Holidays! Join us for our annual Holiday Balloon Sale on December 7th - the perfect one-stop shop for everyone on your list! Sip a glass of wine in our festive atmosphere while perusing exclusive items that will fit all the golfers (and non-golfers) on your shopping list. We will offer chances to save up to 50% off on your entire purchase, as well as complimentary gift wrapping. As a reminder, members with outstanding Golf Shop credit, must redeem it by December 31, 2016 or it will expire.

Holiday Camp, December 27th-28th

What better way to spend your days off from school than coming to Horseshoe Bend CC’s TWO DAY FUN CAMP?! There will be two action-packed days from 9:00am to 3:30pm with games, crafts, activities, and fun. We will have a scavenger hunt around the Tennis & Swim Clubhouse, games on the tennis courts, and lunch will be provided each day. The price of this event is $100 for members and $125 for non-members. If you can’t make it both days, daily prices are $65 per day for members and $75 per day for non-members. Reservations are a must for this event, so make yours today through the Member Portal or by calling 770-810-0972. Cancellations made after December 24th will be charged.

Friday Nights at the Vantage Point Bar!

Weather permitting, each Friday evening, the Tennis & Swim Clubhouse holds a Friday Night Tennis Social. For members looking for a social environment, a cocktail before dinner in the Grandstand Tavern, or a place to meet new friends, this is the place to be between 5:00pm and 9:30pm! Thinking about trying out your game? The night is open to players of all levels to come out and experience the award winning facility. Keep in mind, if you don’t play tennis, it doesn’t matter!
